Activities

Things to Do

The main event. Plan a full day at minimum. Launch days require early arrival and flexibility — we handle all the logistics.

Rocket Garden

Walk among actual rockets from Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions. Free with admission. Guided tours available throughout the day.

Space Shuttle Atlantis

The actual Atlantis orbiter displayed at a dramatic 43-degree angle. Interactive exhibits, shuttle launch experience simulator. Don't rush this one.

Saturn V Center

Take the bus tour (included with admission) to see an actual Saturn V moon rocket, laid out horizontally. Apollo mission artifacts, moon rock you can touch.

Launch Viewing

For scheduled launches, viewing from the KSC Visitor Complex is included with admission. For closer viewing, add the Launch Transportation Ticket (when available). We'll advise on timing, backups, and alternatives.

Astronaut Encounter

Daily Q&A sessions with a veteran NASA astronaut. Free with admission. Check the daily schedule for times — usually twice daily.

Orbit Cafe (On-Site)

Inside the Visitor Complex. Standard theme-park food, but the space-themed decor is fun. Budget $15-20/person.

Back in Cocoa Beach

Most visitors drive 15 minutes back to Cocoa Beach for dinner. See our Cocoa Beach page for the best restaurants.

Titusville Options

If you prefer the mainland, Titusville (10 minutes west) has El Leoncito (Mexican), Dixie Crossroads (seafood), and several casual spots. We'll include specific recs in your itinerary.

Orlando Area

45 minutes from KSC. If you're combining with Disney/Universal. We can plan a multi-park itinerary.
